Your data-driven companion for Mt. Hood Meadows
Hi. I'm Dan. I grew up learning to ski on the ice of Upstate New York (shoutout to the Ski The East crew). I moved to Portland almost two decades ago, and ski at Meadows more often than not these days. I built this project for fun to have an easy place to check out traffic, lift status, parking info, and get an idea of historical trends (how often does Meadows actually park out anyway?).
I pay for all of this out of my own pocket - all the hosting, API access for tools, everything. If you dig what I'm doing here, and you've got a few bucks you want to kick my way, go to my Buy Me A Coffee site to add to the drinks fund - while I'm not really a coffee drinker, the chicken tendies budget at Sahale goes by pretty quickly when you've got your 7 year old skiing with you. I don't want to rely on ads to fund this, and I'm sure you don't want me to rely on ads to fund this either.
