Parking Lot History

This report watches for lots that close during the 6am-4pm window, and assumes that if it's closing in that window, that the lot is full. It's not guaranteed to always be perfect, but I try to adjust the data if it's misinterpreting what's going on. If the lot never opens during the day, it will show up in green here - I want to only show when an open lot fills up.

"Holidays" are based on the Portland Public Schools calendar.
